Rental Information

Looking for a private space for your next event? Our brick and mortar store is located right in the heart of the Mount Pleasant community (between 17th and 18th) on Main Street.

We have a bright open space with large, floor to ceiling windows. Our space is equipped with two long custom oak tables with hand painted stools. You can rent our space for your next corporate event, birthday, anniversary, baby and bridal shower, or as a filming location for a TV series or film.


Capacity: 16 seated guests | 30 standing guests

Summer Rate (May to September): $400/hour (minimum 2 hours)

Winter Rate (October to April): $200/hour (minimum 2 hours) You can bring your own alcohol for an additional fee of $50. We also offer additional catering options if you would like to order some food for your event.

  • Charcuterie platter with an assortment of cheese, meat and crackers – $75
  • Vegetable and dip platter – $25
  • Assorted fruit platter – $25
  • Bowl of chips – $6
  • Bowl of popcorn – $6
  • Freshly brewed coffee – $10/carafe (5 servings)
  • Hot tea – $10/carafe (5 servings)
  • Freshly baked chocolate chip banana loaf – $15.00 (7 thick slices)
  • Freshly baked cookies – $2.50/cookie (minimum 6)
  • 8” Ice cream cake (serves 8-12) – $49.95

All prices are exclusive of taxes and gratuity. Our full store menu can be made available for the duration of your event, as requested.

Please note we are not a nut-free facility. We make every reasonable attempt to reduce cross contamination. However, we cannot guarantee that our products are free of every allergen. Payment and Cancellation Policy

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm the booking. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Debit and cash. Should your plans change, we ask that you cancel with us at least 14 days advance notice.
